Work out hungry or not…
It may be my brain’s way to keep me from working out… but I swear I get hungry just thinking about going to the gym. This… may not be a bad thing.
Research shows that its actually better for fat burning to go into your work out a little hungry. Eating increases your insulin levels which could make it harder to burn stored fat. It’s burning that stored fat that I want! So… unless you are about to tackle a major boot camp work out, or you tend to get light headed… its best to skip the pre work out snack. It’ll make that post work out meal even better! YUM!
