The word we're hearing tonight is that Lance Armstrong WILL ADMIT to Oprah that he used "performance enhancing drugs" to help him win all those races. So...lying under oath is okay, but you can't tell a lie to OPRAH?  Starting this season, they will station Oprah at the start of each race to question each cyclist.
