Acts Of Kindness To Do During The Holiday Season And Beyond:

  1. Try a random act of kindness or pay one forward.
  2. Support your community. Find out what your community needs and then pitch in.
  3. Organize a toy drive
  4. Pay a visit to a nursing home. Many residents don’t get visitors often, so it would be a boost for them.
  5. Mentor someone.
  6. Help your neighbor. Maybe you can assist with yard work, offer to pick up groceries, take their trash to the curb, or check in on them regularly, especially if they are elderly or live alone, to see if they need any support.
  7. Donate food or clothing. Pick your charity, call ahead to see what they need, and then gather the goodies for dropoff.
  8. Cook for someone. Whether it’s a neighbor, friend or family member, the gesture is welcomed!
  9. Donate blood
  10. Spread the love. Spreading love and joy is a beautiful way to make a positive impact on the world around you. You can participate in community events, volunteer for local causes, or organize initiatives that promote positivity. Or consider sharing uplifting and inspirational messages through social media or writing handwritten notes to brighten someone's day.

A last one: volunteer or support a pet shelter or rescue.
