Families and friends of homicide victims gathered at The REAL Church in Cocoa to support children who have lost parents to violent crime. Each child at Monday night's ceremony received $500 as a part of the church’s efforts to provide support to bereaved families. But more than that, the church wants to provide emotional and spiritual support to children who need it most.
