Brevard Public Schools Closed Due to Weather
Viera â Brevard Public Schools will be closed Thursday and Friday, Sept. 7-8, due to Hurricane Irma and will remain closed until further notice. School-related activities will be canceled. District headquarters will be closed.
The district will work collaboratively with local agencies to monitor the stormâs progress and to determine when it will be safe to reopen.
We will continue to update staff, parents and our community through the BPS app, Facebook, Twitter, district email and our emergency-notification system.
